Dual Lock ist ein selbstklebender, flexibler Druckverschluß. Das patentierte System besteht aus schwarzen Polyolefin-Streifen mit Halbkugelköpfen (40 Köpfe/cm²).
Durch einfaches Zusammendrücken entsteht eine feste, aber wiederlösbare Verbindung.Dual Lock ist einseitig selbstklebend. Hierdurch werden bekannte Nachteile herkömmlicher Befestigungssysteme vermieden: Kein umständliches Arbeiten mit Schrauben oder Nieten, keine sichtbaren Löcher, die das optische Aussehen eine Oberfläche beeinträchtigen.
Der Acrylat-Klebstoff zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Scherfestigkeit auch bei höheren Temperaturen und rauhen Oberflächen aus.
Er besitzt eine ausgezeichnete Endklebkraft und eine hohe Alterungs-, UV-, Chemikalien- und Weichmacherbeständigkeit.

Dual Lock Druckverschluß bietet folgende Vorteile:

Kontrollierte Verbindung: Der Druckverschluß geht in jeder Kombination eine Verbindung ein. Die Köpfe gleiten übereinander, bis sie durch Druck ineinander verankert werden. Keine Fehlverschlüsse oder vorzeitige Verbindungen.
Der Verschlußvorgang ist akustisch einwandfrei wahrnehmbar.

Rüttelfeste Verbindung: Der Druckverschluß ist eine dauerhafte mechanische Befestigung, die sich auch durch anhaltendene Rüttelbewegung nicht löst.

Wiederlösbare Befestigung: Dual Lock ist eine kontrollierbare Vebindung zur wiederlösbaren Befestigung von Verkleidungen, Abdeckungen, Bauteilen, etc., die zum Austausch bei Montage, Wartung oder bei Reparaturen schnell und einfach gelöst und wieder befestigt werden sollen.
